“Do what you love”

I believe in motivating people to make positive lifestyle changes; such as adopting a healthy and active lifestyle, so they can live their lives to the fullest each and every day. I love helping build people’s confidence in their physical abilities and pride in their personal appearance. When people give me the opportunity to help them make a life changing decision with a fitness program personally tailored to them, I want to give them more than what they are expecting. I am continually learning and expanding my education to remain up to date on all the newest workout trends. I make exercise fun and exciting, incorporating a variety of workouts

After getting diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in 2009 I gained about 60lbs. I then hired a personal Trainer to help me. After losing the weight I decided I wanted to help others reach their health & fitness goals. So I completed BCRPA Fitness Leadership Diploma Program in 2012. I’m now active each and every day and it feels great! Being both a Trainer & a Trainee I understand how it feels to struggle with weight issues. I now focus on helping my clients become stronger, fitter, leaner to reach their ultimate fitness goals, which may include running a marathon or fitting into those pair of jeans or just feeling better about yourself physical & mentally.
